Requirements Bachelors degree in finance or accounting A strong client services delivery orientation including the demonstrated ability to take an active role in executing engagements to client service standards At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including 2 + years experience in public accounting, Big 4 preferred, or comparable consulting firm CPA certification preferred SEC reporting experience a plus Strong audit experience a preferred Work related experience in any of the following areas is preferred:
previous audit, compliance or internal controls Experience in designing/improving accounting processes such as: monthly close, management and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, shared services or application outsourcing and system implementations Exceptional interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives and team members Ability to travel is strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills
