BEAN Domestic Shorthair Kitten Female in Greensboro, North Carolina

My story
update 06/14/21: This animal is currently being treated for symptoms of an upper respiratory infection in our Isolation area, and is unavailable for meet-and-greet at this time. As soon as they are cleared, this memo will be updated.Bean is a 13-week-old female torbie and white shorthair kitten. She was brought into the shelter as a stray, along with her sister Jelly, so we have no background information on her. Jelly and Bean definitely arrived a bit on the feral side and avoidant of human contact. However, they are highly food-motivated, and slowly have allowed more and more touch. Hopefully with a bit more time and attention, Jelly and Bean will feel more comfortable around people. We are open by appointment only to ensure we can properly social distance here at the shelter. We cannot guarantee a specific pet or type of pet will be available at your appointment. We do not hold pets. We operate on a first come first serve basis and while you can put what/who you are interested in in the appointment sign up, all appointments are general dog/cat/other animal appointments since we cannot guarantee what will be available at the time of your appointment. If you would like to set up a non-specific dog or cat appointment we have our scheduling system online now at:https://petadoption.guilfordcountync.govAll adopted cats and dogs at Guilford County Animal Services come fully up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spayed/neutered, and microchipped.
